1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the yycoin website accessible at https://yycoin.cam, including all associated mobile-optimized interfaces, sub-domains, and in-browser applications operated by yycoin.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform, which records the Player's personal details, transaction history, bonus status, and current balance.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has successfully registered an Account on the Platform and meets all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds or free-spin equivalents that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, match bonuses, cashback amounts, or free-spin equivalents credited to a Player's Account under the terms of a specific promotion, which are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable real-money funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets a Player must place before Bonus Funds convert to withdrawable Balance, expressed as a multiple (e.g., "30x" means the bonus amount multiplied by thirty).
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required of all Players before withdrawals are authorized.
• "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the currency used for all transactions on the Platform.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all Platform operations, support hours, and promotional draw times.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to online gambling services of this nature is explicitly and comprehensively prohibited under local law, as updated from time to time at yycoin's sole discretion.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the yycoin Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The yycoin Platform is strictly restricted to adults aged 21 and above. We enforce this requirement through mandatory KYC verification and reserve the right to close any Account where the holder is found to be under 21.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons may not register Accounts.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction where accessing this Platform is comprehensively banned. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order issued by yycoin or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of yycoin or any of its software providers, where such relationship creates a conflict of interest with fair gameplay.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) Account on the yycoin Platform. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, IP addresses, device fingerprints, payment methods, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple Accounts are detected, yycoin reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, forfeit any Bonus Funds, and withhold winnings derived from Bonus Funds pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

When registering your Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds where fraud is evidenced.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. yycoin will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify yycoin immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized Account access.

3.4 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, yycoin requires Players to complete KYC verification by submitting:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National ID / KTP Nasional, or passport)
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted ID document

KYC documents are reviewed within 1–24 hours on business days. yycoin may request additional documentation at its discretion. Accounts that fail KYC review will have withdrawal privileges suspended pending resolution.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

yycoin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). yycoin does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or third-party payment processors not listed here.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10,000
• Maximum single deposit: Rp 50,000,000
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50,000
• Maximum single withdrawal: Subject to Player tier and KYC status; Gold-tier verified Players may request up to Rp 100,000,000 per transaction

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawals for fully verified Accounts are processed within 5 minutes during normal operating hours (08:00–24:00 WIB). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours are queued and processed at the start of the next operating window. yycoin does not guarantee processing times during national public holidays, scheduled maintenance, or payment-provider outages.

4.4 Source of Funds

By depositing funds, you warrant that the deposited money is your own legally earned income and does not derive from unlawful activity. yycoin reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit and to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory explanation.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An Account becomes dormant after 180 consecutive days of no login activity. yycoin will attempt to contact the registered email address before applying a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50,000 to dormant Accounts with a positive balance. yycoin will not apply fees that reduce a dormant Account balance below zero.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and loyalty rewards offered by yycoin are subject to these general terms as well as the specific terms published on each individual promotion page. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements are 30x the bonus amount. Different game types contribute to wagering at different rates:

• Slot games: 100% contribution
• Live casino table games: 10% contribution
• Sports betting markets: 20% contribution
• Crash games (e.g., Aviator): 20% contribution

5.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While Bonus Funds remain active in your Account, the maximum permitted stake per spin or per bet is Rp 50,000, or 10% of the bonus value (whichever is lower). Placing bets in excess of this limit while bonus funds are active constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonus offers have an expiry date, typically 7–30 days from the date of activation, as stated in each promotion's specific terms. Unused or partially wagered Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.

5.5 Abuse and Collusion

yycoin employs automated systems and manual review processes to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering between multiple Accounts, low-variance play strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, and systematic exploitation of promotions through technical means. Any Player found engaging in bonus abuse will have their Account suspended, Bonus Funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from such abuse withheld.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Fairness and RNG

All casino games offered on the yycoin Platform — including slots, live dealer games, virtual sports, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and crash games — are supplied by licensed international studios whose random number generators (RNG) are independently certified by internationally recognized testing laboratories. yycoin does not modify game outcomes.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets, including football (bandar bola markets, BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, AFF Cup, FIFA World Cup), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, and esports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile), are offered on a best-effort basis. yycoin reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets in accordance with standard industry practice where match-fixing, data-feed errors, or event cancellations occur.

6.3 System Errors and Malfunction

In the event of a system error, network interruption, or software malfunction that affects game outcome or bet settlement, yycoin reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. No claim for winnings will be honored where the result was produced by a clear technical error. "Malfunction voids all pays and play" is the governing principle.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yycoin Platform. Breach of any item in this section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or gain any unfair advantage over other Players or the Platform itself.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform's software, security systems, game logic, or payment infrastructure.
• Registering multiple Accounts, whether under your own identity or under false identities, for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing Account restrictions.
• Using another person's payment method, bank account, or e-wallet to fund your Account without that person's explicit written consent and yycoin's prior approval.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the Platform's deposit and withdrawal infrastructure.
• Colluding with other Players in live poker, live dealer games, or any multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or e-wallet provider in bad faith, where you have already received the credited funds and placed wagers with them.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing yycoin staff, live dealers, or other Players through any communication channel associated with the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the yycoin Platform — including but not limited to the yycoin brand name, logo, design elements, game interfaces, promotional graphics, text, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of yycoin or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified, or incorporated into other works without the prior written consent of yycoin.

Game content supplied by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to yycoin for display on the Platform. Players may not record, stream, or redistribute live game sessions without express written permission from both yycoin and the relevant studio.

9. Privacy and Data

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by yycoin is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy, including KYC data retention, transaction logging, and communications for account-management and promotional purposes.

yycoin implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform transactions and stores personal data on secured servers with access controls restricted to authorized personnel only. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, yycoin's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

yycoin expressly disclaims all liability for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings resulting from Platform unavailability, game errors, or Account suspension.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• The content, accuracy, or availability of third-party websites linked to or from the Platform.
• Delays, interruptions, or failures in deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Any losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

11. Termination and Account Closure

11.1 Closure by the Player

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting yycoin support at [email protected]. Upon request, yycoin will close your Account and return any verified real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) via your registered payment method within 5 business days.

11.2 Closure by yycoin

yycoin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has provided false or misleading registration information.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is suspected or confirmed.
• The Player requests self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming program.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitate Account closure.

Where closure is due to confirmed fraud, yycoin reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation and, if fraud is evidenced, to forfeit those funds entirely.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law under the jurisdiction in which yycoin holds its operating license. Any dispute arising between a Player and yycoin shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of written notice from either party, it shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally recognized arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause limits a Player's rights to seek emergency injunctive relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm. Players based in Indonesia acknowledge that their use of the Platform is governed by the international terms set out here and not exclusively by Indonesian domestic gaming legislation.

13. Amendments to These Terms

yycoin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, yycoin will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised Effective Date and, where practicable, notify registered Players via the email address on file. Your continued use of the Platform after the revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

We encourage Players to review this page periodically. The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any given transaction or gameplay session is the version that governs that activity.
